A Charleston wedding is something so many people dream about (myself included!). From the gorgeous mossy tree-lined streets, the gas lanterns, the brick streets to the historic building, Charleston draws you in. What’s not to love? It oozes romance with a hint of mystery. There’s something about a historic city that sends you back in time, and lends a sense of permanence. Charleston is the master at mixing the old with the new. Modern style coexists comfortably with a by-gone era, which is a serious draw for brides and grooms-to-be. (Also, let’s not forget about the food!)
Selecting a wedding location is rarely easy. There’s so many details to consider- from your own wishes to the needs of your family. It’s so evident to me why someone would seek out a historic wedding venue. The backdrops are amazing! From bricks to old wood to brightly colored homes, there’s so many options to capture the photos you have always dreamed of.
I recently had the opportunity to attend a styled shoot with Tulle & Grace at the beautiful Parsonage House and I could not have been any happier with how everything turned out! Literally every. last. detail. was AMAZING. I could have spent all day photographing the gorgeous models! The gardens at the Parsonage House are perfect for an intimate ceremony and al fresco reception.
Thank you to all the wonderful vendors that were a part of this photo shoot!
