These two. I could literally talk about their Mint Museum Uptown wedding for days. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was so full of love and laughter! During the ceremony at the Belk Chapel, their friends’ beautiful voices filled the entire room. Then again during the reception, KC performed a song (that he wrote!) for his beautiful new bride. Let’s just say I need to start keeping tissues on me at all times during weddings! Congratulations to one of my favorite couples ever!
From the bride: We met through our church youth group originally. Then KC moved to Charlotte and I would visit my brother down in Charlotte and we all started hanging out. At first, people were trying to hook KC up with my sister. Looks like I was way cooler 🙂
KC proposed over in Salzburg, Austria. My whole family (Grandpa, Dad, Mom, Brother, Sister-in-law, and sister) went on a Sound of Music bike tour where we stopped at all the good spots from the movie! When we got to the gazebo, our tour guide (who was in on it) said all the couples take a picture. KC kept saying let’s go, and I was like we can wait until everyone else goes. We finally get up there- and take a picture- and I turn around and he’s on one knee. My family was recording/taking pictures, it was WAY amazing! I honestly thought it was fake and kept asking “are you serious?” and then finally said YES!
